In 2004, a man with a big imagination, a generous spirit, and an even bigger dream, Wayne Aubrey, set out to create something unlike any other ice cream truck. Living in Berlin, Wayne envisioned a colorful, exciting truck that would bring smiles, laughter, and frozen treats to families throughout the community. 

Rather than buying a ready-made ice cream truck, Wayne built Monster Cone from the ground up. Every detail—from the bright colors and unique design to the fun monster-themed personality—came directly from his vision. He wanted children to light up with excitement the moment they saw the truck coming down the street, and that's exactly what happened.For several years, Monster Cone became a familiar sight throughout South Jersey, serving ice cream, water ice, and creating memories for countless families. Then, in 2009, Wayne brought his dream to the shore, relocating Monster Cone to Wildwood Crest. There, the truck quickly became part of the summer tradition enjoyed by both locals and visitors.

To Wayne, Monster Cone was never just a business. It was a way to connect with people, spread happiness, and create moments families would remember for years to come. Generations of children would hear the music, run to the curb with excitement, and leave with a frozen treat and a smile.On June 6, 2020, Wayne passed away. His loss was deeply felt by his family, friends, and the many people whose lives he touched. But the legacy he built did not end there.Determined to honor her father's dream, Wayne's daughter stepped forward to continue what he started. Today, Monster Cone proudly serves the community of Wildwood Crest, carrying on the values Wayne built the business upon: kindness, generosity, family, and fun.Every cone, every cup of water ice, and every smile shared from the truck is a tribute to the man who created it. Though Wayne is no longer here, his spirit lives on through Monster Cone and the joy it continues to bring to families every day.Monster Cone is more than an ice cream truck—it is the legacy of Wayne Aubrey, a visionary, a family man, and a selfless soul whose big heart continues to touch lives through the dream he created. 🍦💚🧡
